On Tuesday I walked/photographed 3 practice holes with Michele Wie and I-K Kim (who finished 8th) and also spent a few hours there during the Pro-Am the next day
(after working 4:00 am to 9:00 am getting all the Volunteers onto the site, energy for walking around was somewhat limited
Unfortunately Michele didn't do so well, her afternoon Round 1 was hit with very strong winds and she missed the cut after Round 2.
I talked with I-K Kim's caddie while waiting for the shuttle bus on Sunday - very nice guy from Edmonton originally - was interesting to hear about the life of a caddie.
All the golfers were very accommodating about pictures and autographs (prior to the Tournament when it was a more relaxed, fun atmosphere) and took the time to chat with fans.
We almost knocked Meg Mallon over the ropes onto the roadway shoulder as she was crossing between holes on Wednesday, but that's another story
Here's a selection of pictures I took during the Practice and Pro-Am days, Cameras weren't allowed during the Tournament days
