Hi Guys,
Have encountered an EASO problem over the last two weeks. Played our EASO Oldies Club practice tourneys on both courses: TPC River Highlands (09 Version), by PGAX Design Team - last week. TPC at Southwind (09 Version), by PGAX Design Team - this week.
Yet when I go to play the 24-HR Ladder Club tournaments, it shows the "red Circle" indicating the course is not installed. This is the second week running. As I said, I have already played these courses on EASO in private tourneys and in practice mode. I cannot figure this one out.
Any assistance or advice would be appreciated.
John.

Downloaded and reinstalled - no difference. shows course fully installed and can select it and play a practice round, but not the Ladder Club event!
Even more strange, I had no problems playing the same 2 courses in our last two EASO Oldies Club practice tourneys. Will try again next week, and see what happens.

Thanks Mike,
I have both the courses you mention installed - and had no EASO problems playing both in our Oldies club practice tournaments. However, for last two weeks I haven't been able to play only the 24-HR events on these courses.
On Saturday (27th), when I tried to play the 24-HR event, EASO showed the course uninstalled, I immediately checked by playing a practice round on the same course, and then set up another EASO tourney at TPC Southwind without any problems. Strangely, it's only when I try and play the 24-HR Ladder Club event that I get this problem.
Unfortunately, I do not understand how to change the registry. In the same directory as yours, I do have a list of course numbers - but no separate pane with course names like you have. By the way, I couldn't find the numbers you posted.
I have just set up this week's Oldies Club Practice Tourney at Harding Park GC, and will also try to play the 24-HR event. I have changed my profile to "do not play" just in case - as DNPs are unfair on our club. Crazy situation!
Any further (simple) advice Mike would be most welcome.

John, If you check the folder where your courses are. Mine are in MyDocuments\TW08\Courses\ You should able to sort them by date by clicking on the date modified column. You should see the course numbers I indicated which is only the first part of the course id number. Each one is different. Let me know if you see them as played in February 2010. The registry is another can of worms . Won't go there unless have to. Since sometimes when you delete a course the registry file is still there and can not reinstall a course.

Not for nothing but are you sure you installed the correct courses? There are two that were similar. TPC at River Highlands and TPC River Highlands (09 Version). Also TPC at Southwind and TPC at Southwind (09 Version). I know I downloaded the incorrect version at first and when I went into EA Sports it was telling me I didn't have it installed. I went back to CourseDownloads and found my mistake.

I make it a habit to check and make sure all the libs. get installed with the course. by checking the TW Caddie against the libs. in either Course downloads or here at 24Hr. Gaming. When double clicking on the course in TWCaddie the program will tell if one is missing. When you compare two courses and libs. with the same name may give you a hint that you wrong course.
